- Controls: Digitally controlled machine.
- Automatic Fatigue-Less Operation: The KAMEYO Swivel Surface Grinder is automatically operated and is very easy to use. Fatigue-less swing grinding operation, in which cup-grinding head along with the motor is stationary and the sample holding magnetic chuck is swivelled with the help of a lever, resulting in convenient and sensitive smooth grinding.
- Application: Sample preparation of pig-iron and ferrous samples used in steel plants, foundries and various metal processing plants.
- Cutting Depth Control: Incremental depth of cut by pushing a pulse-switch. Pulse travel is digitally programmable in the range of 0.01 to 2.00 mm and is controlled by servo motor.
- Up-Down Motion: Up-Down motion is controlled by a servo motor with programmable speed.
- Jogging: Slow and Fast up-down jogging is done by pressing push buttons.
- Easy Grinding: Magnetic swivel table which is swivelled against the Cup-Grinding-Wheel conveniently with the help of an attached lever.
- Coolant System: Coolant circulation system is provided
- Mounting: Self-standing floor mount model with heavy base.
